This 60-year-old woman fractured her nose and lacerated her lip in an accident. She initially came to our office only for repair of her laceration and broken nose. She then decided to make the most of her recovery period by having a cosmetic rhinoplasty and carbon dioxide laser skin resurfacing of her mouth area as well. In the picture with a view the underside of her nose, notice the big improvement in symmetry and the nose incision that is almost invisible.
