50 year old male. Wanting a Non-Surgical makeover with no downtime from lasers. Patient used topicals to brighten skin and lighten brown discolorations on face (P&B4%, PM use, IS Clinical White Lightenting Complex, A.M use). Sculptra, volumization injections to temples and cheeks. Radiesse injections to nasal labial folds, jawline, chin. Juvederm to nasal labial fold. Restylane to tear troughs. Botox to glabella (20 units), crowsfeet (20 units), and forehead (10 units).
